Coaching Requirements Archdioceses/CYC requirements for the Manager and each coach on the roster: The Worker Registration form and a copy of your Social Security card. Every manager and coach must sign an Code of Ethics form. The Manager of the team must have a CYC Coaches Card (you get this after taking the Coaching to Make a Positive Difference class). Every Manager and Coach must take the Protecting God's Children seminar. New Item!  ICD is hosting a "Coaching to Make a Positive Difference" class on August 12 at 6:30pm.  All head coaches must have this one time training class and this is currently the only one planned for the St. Charles area at this time.   printer-friendly
