Player Release Form - Parish to Parish within St. Charles District This form to be completed by Parish Sport Coordinator seeking release of a CLOSED player from another parish within St. Charles District CYC.  The form should be submitted to the District Sports Coordinator for approval subject to Catch & Release rules as well as ensuring no OPEN players are playing for a parish besides their own.
